here's how to get your Vitamin D

as you know

is crucial for the absorption of calcium into the bones

teeth hair whatever all parts of the body need calcium

sooo / after a number of years staying Out of the Sun so as not to get skin cancer i am rediscovering the joys of sun bathing / lucky me i live in the high desert south west mountains where even today still a winter one by the calendar i can sit outside
